The Underwater Wine project was born from the agreement between three companies: the leader Parovel vineyards and olive groves 1898, a leading company in the area that has been producing wines and extra virgin olive oil of great value for over 120 years, with the partnership of Serena Wines 1881, a company between the most famous and historic in the province of Treviso, rich in experience in the production of sparkling wine both Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg and Prosecco DOC, while the direction of all the communication and graphics aspects is followed by the Francescon and Collodi Studio, an agency with over thirty years of experience in communication and graphics in the world of wine.

A bold challenge, like my personality. I have always been fascinated by Trieste and its history as well as its geographical position. Bringing to the market the first Prosecco doc Trieste fermented with the Charmat method, but refined with the classic method in the sea, in Trieste gulf, is a source of pride and satisfaction and I hope that enthusiasts will receive it as a unique, new product that will leave its mark on the world of bubbles and prosecco in particular. – Says Luca Serena, CEO of Serena Wines 1881 – I thank my partners, Marcello Francescon and his graphic studio for their insight into the Audace brand and the project; and my friend Elena Parovel and her brother Euro, for having carefully cultivated Glera grapes in their Karst vineyards and for sharing the spirit of the project with enthusiasm!

6492 bottles of Prosecco doc Trieste millesimato extra brut, immersed in the Gulf of Trieste at a depth of 20m, which will be officially presented in Trieste on 29 September, and now available for online presale on the website
