News: Serena launches wine tourism

The new company project dedicated to wine tourism is born in Arfanta, Tarzo, a town located in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO heritage site, in the heart of the Prosecco DOCG area.

Serena Wines 1881 that owns an estate surrounded by vineyards and olive trees in Arfanta, has decided to open this splendid location to the public by offering wine tourism activities. The estate is open from Thursday to Saturday, from 8:30 to 20:00 and offers three packages to choose from:

-Prosecco Tour: a trip to discover the vineyards of the estate, with a focus on their cultivation and on the procedures that lead the grapes to become wine, at the end of which an emotional video will be shown followed by the guided tasting of 4 Ville d’Arfanta proseccos (Prosecco DOCG Brut, Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut, Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry, Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut), accompanied by typical local products such as cold cuts and cheeses. The visit lasts an hour and a half and is open to everyone, up to a maximum of 10 people.

-Adventure Tour: a ride in the hills of the Prosecco DOCG on the saddle of an E-bike with arrival in Ville D’Arfanta, where a final aperitif with Prosecco and typical local products will be ready. The duration of the tour is 5 hours, a guide can be requested and the maximum number of participants is 15 people.

-Romantic Tour: a sunset picnic in the middle of the vineyards with a bottle of Prosecco DOCG Brut Ville D’Arfanta and a platter of typical local products. The tour is designed for couples and groups up to a maximum of 10 people.

All tours are available in Italian, English and German.

Inside the structure it is also possible to purchase Ville D’Arfanta products and the new Special Edition of Serena Wines 1881, presented at the latest edition of Vinitaly and created in support of Obiettivo3, a listening center for Paralympic sport founded by Alex Zanardi. Serena Wines 1881 thus confirms itself as a company attentive to social issues and sustainability.
